Cheddar, Broccoli and Rice Dish

  • SERVING SIZE   90 g   ( size description n/a ) 
  • 1 cup (150g) Cambrooke Short Grain Rice or small-shaped low protein pasta, dry
  • Small bunch (112g) fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 3 Tbs (33g) Cambrooke Cheese Wizard
  • ¼ cup non-dairy creamer
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Cook rice according to package instructions, rinse thoroughly.
  • Steam broccoli in a large skillet until tender, remove from pan and drain.
  • Lower heat and return pan to stove. Add the Cheese Wizard and non-dairy creamer and whisk until smooth and begins to thicken.
  • Add rice and broccoli to the cheese mixture and stir until well blended.
  • Season with salt & pepper.
