Savory Cheddar Cheese Rice Mold

  • SERVING SIZE   39 g   ( size description n/a ) 
  • ⅓ cup Cambrooke short grain rice (dry)
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup Cambrooke Cheese Wizard
  • ½ Tbs olive oil

  • Cook rice according to package directions, rinse and set aside.
  • Saute onions and garlic together in olive oil until lightly browned.
  • Add onion and garlic mixture to the rice and combine with the Cheese Wizard.
  • Spread into a greased mold or several miniature molds and let set for approximately 1 hour or more. Molds with removable bottoms work best for unmolding.
  • Unmold and serve at room temperature.
