Pasta with Broccoli and Cheese

Ingredients
  • 57g of your favorite Pasta Solo variety or Short Grain rice
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli, finely chopped
  • CHEESE SAUCE:
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy creamer
  • 2 Tbs CBF Shake `N` Cheese
Directions
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • While the Couscous cooks, steam the broccoli. Chop it when cooked.
  • In a pan, melt the butter, then add the Shake `N` Cheese and mix well.
  • Gently pour in the non-dairy creamer while stirring constantly and the mixture thickens.
  • Pour the cheese sauce over the cooked pasta; add the broccoli and mix well to combine. Serve immediately.
