SERVINGS PER RECIPE 6
- 8 oz Pasta Solo Pagodas (or your favorite low protein pasta shape)
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup cauliflowerets
- 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 Tbs onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- Cook pasta following directions in lots of water. Strain and rinse well with water.
- In large bowl, combine pasta, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflowerets, carrot and onion.
- In small bowl, combine salad dressing, Italian dressing, mustard and garlic salt.
- Keep chilled until serving.
- SUGGESTIONS: add Italian seasoning or hot pepper sauce.
