Italian Pagoda Salad

Ingredients
  • 8 oz Pasta Solo Pagodas (or your favorite low protein pasta shape)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup cauliflowerets
  • 3/4 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 Tbs onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbs dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
Directions
  • Cook pasta following directions in lots of water. Strain and rinse well with water.
  • In large bowl, combine pasta, bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflowerets, carrot and onion.
  • In small bowl, combine salad dressing, Italian dressing, mustard and garlic salt.
  • Keep chilled until serving.
  • SUGGESTIONS: add Italian seasoning or hot pepper sauce.
