Sweet Curry Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 serving (57g) CBF Pasta Solo - Elbows
  • 1/4 cup chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 Tbs finely chopped red onion
  • 2 Tbs raisins
  • 1 Tbs mango chutney
  • 3 Tbs Miracle Whip®
  • 1 Tbs chopped green onion, for garnish
Directions
  • Cook pasta according to directions; Drain and rinse in cold water after cooking.
  • Add cooked pasta and all ingredients except green onions to bowl large enough to mix everything together.
  • Mix well until blended.
  • Sprinkle reserved green onions on top and serve.
