SERVINGS PER RECIPE 2
- 2 servings (114g dry) Pasta Solo or Aproten pasta, prepared
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh red tomato, seeded & diced
- 2 Tbs drained sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil), julienne sliced
- 2 Tbs dry white wine
- 1 tsp CBF Chicken Consomme dissolved in 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbs fresh basil, shredded
- 2 Tbs (26g) CBF Herb and Garlic or Plain Cream Cheese
- 2 Tbs butter or margarine
- Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Don`t brown garlic.
- Add all the tomatoes and heat for about 3 minutes then add the wine, chicken flavored broth and basil. Heat until liquid is reduced by half.
- Add cream cheese and butter, mix until melted and pour over pasta. Serve immediately.
