- 130 g Cambrooke Short Grain Rice, dry
- 1 ½ Tbsp oil
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup celery, diced
- 2 Tbsp green onion, diced
- 1 package (21.4g) Sunbird Chinese Fried Rice Mix
- Cook rice according to package directions. Rinse well and set aside.
- Saute vegetables in oil until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked rice and fried rice mix and stir until heated thoroughly mixed and heated through.
