Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 130 g CBF Short Grain Rice, dry
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp green onion, diced
  • 1 package (21.4g) Sunbird Chinese Fried Rice Mix
Directions
  • Cook rice according to package directions. Rinse well and set aside.
  • Saute vegetables in oil until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice and fried rice mix and stir until heated thoroughly mixed and heated through.
