Cheese, Onion, Rice Biscuits

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4 cups packed CBF MixQuick
  • 1 cup of prepared CBF Short Grain Rice (167g cooked)
  • 2/3 cup (90g) CBF Cheddar Shreds
  • 1/2 cup (65g) coarsely chopped onion
  • 2/3 cup non-dairy liquid creamer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 Tbs (18g) CBF Shake `N` Cheese
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and lightly grease 24 mini muffin tins.
  • In a medium bowl, lightly combine MixQuick, rice, cheese and onions and baking powder.
  • Add non-dairy creamer and water all at once and stir until moistened.
  • Distribute evenly into muffin tins and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
