Pizza Rustica with Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 1 Cambrooke Tuscan Pizza Crust
  • 1 Cambrooke Marinara Sauce
  • ⅓ cup (30 g) Cambrooke Mozzarella Shreds
  • 20 g Grilled Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
  • 20 g Roasted Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 2 tsp olive oil (divided)
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Brush top of crust with 1 tsp olive oil.
  • Cover with Marinara Mini sauce and top with cheese. Cover the cheese with mushrooms and peppers.
  • Drizzle evenly with remaining olive oil.
  • Transfer pizza to preheated oven and bake until the crust is golden brown and the topping begins to sizzle (about 10 minutes).
