Chocolate Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • SERVING SIZE   39 g   ( 1 Cookie ) 
  • ½ package, about 3-cups (340g) Cambrooke Sugar Cookie Mix
  • ¾ stick butter (84.75g), softened
  • 3 Tbs water (40g)
  • Assembly Ingredients

  • In medium bowl, Combine 1/2 package cookie mix, 3/4 stick softened butter and 3 Tbs water and mix until a soft dough forms.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool before removing from cookie sheet.
  • Dip
  • Melt Cha-Cha`s in a double boiler or in a microwave.
  • Dip half of each cookie in melted chocolate and place on wax paper until cooled.
  • Store between sheets of waxed paper in tightly covered container.
