Ingredients
- ½ package (340 g) Cambrooke Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
- ¾ butter
- 3 Tbs water
Directions
- Following package directions, prepare Cookie Dough Mix. Divide dough, using about 140 grams to divide into 4 cookie balls. (Make cookies with remaining prepared cookie dough or refrigerate or freeze for use later.)
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees F about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Place scoop of Cool Whip on flat side of one cookie; spread evenly.
- Top with second cookie, pressing lightly to make a sandwich.
- Decorate as desired, wrap in plastic, and freeze until firm.
